We’re catching our breath after a busy holiday season in which we delivered our locally butchered meats to homes and restaurants throughout Northeast Ohio.
We were excited to offer, for the first time, an online ordering option where customers, at their convenience, could place their order via our website. This service will continue in 2019.
Another exciting new special offering is in the works for the new year as well. Stay tuned for more details on that in the coming weeks. It promises to deliver more of our great meats in a convenient fashion.
In the meantime, I want to recognize all of the hardworking, responsible local farmers who provide us with whole animals to produce our great meats. Without them, we would not be able to provide high-quality meats to our customers.
The local farmers we partner with are Miller Livestock Co. (Kinsman), New Creation Farm (Chardon) and Henry Farms (Geneva).
From their farms to your tables via our retail store in Geneva and a nearby restaurant, Crosswinds Grille. In addition, dozens of other restaurants, wineries, breweries and more carry our products, including the Butcher and the Brewer (downtown Cleveland), Sara’s Place (Gates Mills), Spice Kitchen (Cleveland), M Cellars (Geneva) and many more.
What sets us apart is our care for the animal and care for our customer. We purchase whole animals and use them entirely, so we never waste. The products we make come from animals raised on carefully cultivated land. That’s what’s a part of what makes our locally butchered meats so fresh.
What all of this means is that our meats not only taste better, but they’re better for you, too.
