Nitrate free Beef Chorizo is a traditional artisan Spanish chorizo made with 100% beef, spiced with Spanish paprika and dried in a beef round.
Made with no nitrates, nitrites, celery powder or preservatives!
The only reason for adding celery powder to a product is to add nitrates. If a nitrate free or no nitrate added product has celery powder in the ingredients then it absolutely has concentrated nitrates added.
