The only reason for adding celery powder to a product is to add nitrates. If a nitrate free or no nitrate added product has celery powder in the ingredients then it absolutely has concentrated nitrates added.
Ingredients: Beef, Pork, salt, white wine(contains sulfites), coriander, black pepper, citrus extract, pomegranate extract, cayenne pepper, dextrose, rosemary extract, starter culture, stuffed in a beef or collagen casing.
