Made with no nitrates, nitrites, celery powder or preservatives!
The only reason for adding celery powder to a product is to add nitrates. If a nitrate free or no nitrate added product has celery powder in the ingredients then it absolutely has concentrated nitrates added.
Ingredients: Pork, salt, white wine(contains sulfites), black pepper, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes, citrus extract, pomegranate extract, dextrose, rosemary extract, starter culture, stuffed in a beef or collagen casing.
