Nitrate Free Nduja

Nitrate free Nduja is a spreadable pork salami spiced with Calabrian peppers.  We offer it in a traditional spicy variety made with hot peppers and and sweet variety made with sweet peppers. 
 
Made with no nitrates, nitrites, celery powder or preservatives!
 
The only reason for adding celery powder to a product is to add nitrates.  If a nitrate free or no nitrate added product has celery powder in the ingredients then it absolutely has concentrated nitrates added.  
 
Ingredients: Pork fat, pork, sweet pepper powder, sweet pepper sauce (sweet peppers, salt), salt, seasoning (salt, natural flavors), dextrose, starter culture, stuffed in a beef casing.
