Dry Aged Ribeye Steak


All of our beef is dry aged whole for at least 10 days, we consider this normal aging and should be standard.  Our dry aged ribeye steaks are aged in our controlled drying room for a minimum of 28 additional days to maximize flavor and tenderness.  Available in 1 lb. and 1.5 lb. wieghts.
