Dry Aged Sirloin Steak

All of our beef is dry aged for at least 10 days, we consider this normal aging and should be standard.  Our dry aged sirloin steaks are aged in our controlled drying room for a minimum of 14 additional days to maximize flavor and tenderness.  8 oz. average.
