Pork, beef, fresh jalapeno and cheddar cheese.  Our jalapeno and cheddar smoked sausage is Texas style sausage we developed for Flour Restaurant and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.   Fully cooked, ready to eat. 

Made with no nitrates, nitrites, celery powder or preservatives! 

Ingredients: Pork, beef, pasteurized process cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, water, salt, sodium phosphate, natural flavoring, sorbic acid (preservative), Added Color, Enzymes), corn starch and/or Cellulose (to prevent caking), Natamycin (preservative), water, diced jalapeno, salt, dried grape juice, garlic powder, dry vinegar, yeast extract, black pepper, citrus extract, ancho chile powder, paprika, jalapeno powder, ground mustard, pomegranate extract, onion powder, rosemary extract.
